Your Dafado business page
A public, shareable page for one business location.
A Dafado business page can act as a clear public calling card for a location. It combines essential business information with authentic guest experiences while keeping Dafado branding secondary.
The business page and voice review page are connected, but they are not interchangeable. The business page represents the location. A voice review represents one person's experience at that location. Both page types keep their own stable URLs and layouts on mobile and desktop.
What visitors can see
Depending on available information, a page can show the business name, location, directions, hours, category, photos, a concise review excerpt, ratings, and links to full review pages. Visitors use the same public identity while available reading languages help the content travel across communities.
One location, one canonical page
Each location should have its own stable page and URL. A business with several branches receives a distinct location page for each branch, so reviews, directions, hours, and claims do not become mixed.
Business photos and guest photos
Guest photos remain connected to the experiences that supplied them. A verified business may receive separate controls for official photos when that capability is available. Official content must not be presented as if a guest supplied it.
Reviews stay independent
The business page summarizes and connects reviews. A concise excerpt can introduce what a guest said without turning the business page into the complete review. Selecting the excerpt opens that review's canonical page, where the original voice, transcript, photos, author context, and review controls remain together.
The full review includes a direct path back to the business page. This creates a two-way journey without confusing the purpose of either page.
Free presence and optional Business tools
Your standard public page, review inbox, owner replies, essential details, operating hours, review link, basic QR code and one uploaded cover photo are free. Customers can keep reading, listening and contributing whether or not the business subscribes.
Dafado Business or an active trial is required to create formatted bilingual menus, add expanded business photo uploads, change recorder colors and access detailed feedback insights. Selecting a standard cover and keeping essential details accurate do not require a paid plan.
Previously published menus and photos remain when paid access ends. You can still remove outdated menus and uploaded photos. Your public reviews remain independent. Hiding a guest photo from the business-page gallery does not remove that photo from its original review or give the business control over the review itself.
