Understand Dafado Business pricing, completed-review allowances, and what every plan includes.
Claiming and verifying a business location is free. It does not require a payment card and does not start a subscription.
What a business pays for
A Dafado plan does not buy praise or favorable ratings. It pays for the system around genuine customer experiences: collection, secure processing, readable and multilingual publishing, Verified Local Context when evidence is available, business insight, and response tools.
Payment never allows a business to rewrite a reviewer's opinion, remove legitimate criticism, or purchase a better rating. Businesses and reviewers remain subject to the same content rules.
Dafado Business plans
Dafado Business is priced by completed-review volume. Every paid plan includes the complete review workflow, Verified Local Context, the business dashboard, insights, owner replies, and indexable review pages.

Annual prices include two months free. Businesses expecting 1,000 or more completed reviews per month can request Enterprise pricing and service terms. The live pricing page and Stripe checkout summary remain authoritative for the exact currency, billing period, taxes, and amount charged.
What counts as a completed review?
A completed review is one submitted recording that successfully moves through Dafado's processing and publishing workflow. An abandoned recording, a failed upload, or a review that cannot be completed does not count as a completed review.
The monthly allowance resets each month even when the subscription is billed annually. Dafado shows usage in the business dashboard and notifies the account before a paid overage is processed. A business can pay the published additional-review rate or move to a plan with a larger allowance.
The complete review workflow
Every paid plan includes:
- secure audio intake and AI-assisted transcription in the language spoken;
- readable editing that removes verbal clutter without changing the reviewer's meaning;
- automated quality and delivery checks;
- Verified Local Context when useful evidence is available;
- asynchronous translations after the readable transcript is approved;
- publishing with the original audio preserved; and
- dashboard insights, owner replies, and shareable review pages.
The original recording remains the primary source. Dafado does not replace a reviewer's account with marketing copy or invent details that cannot be supported.
Verified Local Context
Verified Local Context uses available review photos, location details, business information, and reliable sources to clarify useful local names, dishes, ingredients, customs, or other facts. It is included in every paid plan because it improves the usefulness and factual quality of the review.
Context is evidence-based. If a photo, location, or reliable source is unavailable or does not support a detail confidently, Dafado leaves the reviewer's wording intact instead of guessing. Not every review needs or receives a context note.
Trial, renewal, and cancellation
The 90-day trial includes up to 25 completed reviews and does not require a payment card. Before the trial ends, a business can choose Starter, Growth, or Pro. If no plan is selected, the recorder pauses and no charge is made.
Before purchasing, confirm the business location, tier, currency, billing period, renewal date, included allowance, overage rate, taxes, and cancellation terms shown at checkout. Stripe sends the receipt and VAT invoice. Plan and payment details can be managed from the Dafado dashboard.
