Why pay if reviews are free?

Your free review inbox lets you read and reply. Dafado Business adds feedback themes, summaries and trends, formatted bilingual menus, recorder colors and expanded business photo uploads. Public reviews remain free.

What can I do for free?

Your public page, reviews, owner replies, essential details, operating hours, one standard uploaded cover, review link and basic QR code are free.

Does claiming start a paid subscription?

No. Claiming verifies that you manage the business. Paying requires a separate checkout that you choose to complete.

What does Dafado Business cost?

One plan: €29 per month or €290 per year. You can also pay 11,490 Ft per month or 114,900 Ft per year. Confirm your currency, billing period and final total before paying.

Will every new review cost me extra?

No. Ordinary public reviews do not generate per-review charges. You pay the subscription price shown at checkout.

How does the trial work?

You can try the business tools for 90 days without a payment card. Check the trial end date in your dashboard. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

What happens when the trial ends?

Choose Dafado Business to continue using the paid tools. If you do not subscribe, there is no charge. Your public page, published reviews and free owner replies remain available.

What happens if I cancel?

Your paid tools remain available until the end of the paid period. Your public page and published reviews remain available afterward. You can still claim, correct basic details and reply for free.

Can I remove negative reviews by paying?

No. Subscriptions do not buy better ratings or control over customer opinions. Report reviews that break the rules; the same standards apply to every business.

Do my customers need an app?

No. Customers can record in their browser using your review link or QR code.

Are insights available immediately?

Insights become more useful as reviews accumulate. A small number of reviews may not support reliable patterns or detailed summaries.

What if I have several locations?

Contact Dafado to discuss your locations and requirements. We will agree any custom service and price before you commit.

A subscription does not guarantee new customers, more reviews or better ratings.

What happens to saved business content?

Existing menus and photos are not deleted when paid access ends. You can still remove outdated menus and uploaded photos. Creating formatted menus, adding expanded photo uploads and changing recorder branding require active Business access or an active trial. Saved insight reports are retained, but viewing or generating detailed insights requires active access.

What does a free owner see?

Free owners keep their review inbox and basic collection link. Paid sections show a clearly labelled feature preview with a link to the Business offer, not invented analysis of their customers. Administrators retain operational access; their view is not a demonstration of the free plan.

Are custom services included?

Custom-domain setup, additional locations and hands-on services require an agreed scope and price. A basic QR code and public review link are not exclusive paid features. Only the capabilities listed in the current offer are included; future integrations and campaign automation are not promised.
