Dafado works two ways depending on who you are. Pick your path.

If you are leaving a review

You need nothing but the phone in your hand.

1. Scan the QR code on the table, the receipt, or a sticker.
2. Hold the button and talk for about 20 seconds. A card suggests a question if you want one; you can ignore it. Speak in any language.
3. Done. Dafado transcribes and publishes a page with your real voice. Share the link if you like.

No app. No account. No keyboard.

If you run a place

The goal is simple: get your code in front of guests, then let their voices do the work.

1. Claim your place. Find it on Dafado and start the claim flow, or reach out from the site if it is not listed yet. See Claiming and your dashboard.
2. Put your code where guests are. On tables, receipts, the door, or a stand. Every scan opens the recorder.
3. Watch the voices arrive. Your dashboard collects every review, transcribed, translated, and analysed for themes and sentiment.
4. Answer in your own voice. Record a reply and it appears beside the review. You cannot hide a review, and neither can anyone else; you can always respond. See Right of reply.
