Access and pricing
The guides below describe organizer tools, including configuration performed by authorized Dafado administrators. A standard Business subscription does not automatically grant access to the full Collector or Campaign editor, or include an organization-wide survey rollout.
Discuss your purpose, access needs, support and expected scope with Dafado before committing. Custom services and organizational rollouts require an agreed price. See Working with Dafado and Plan and billing.
Voice Collector
A Voice Collector is a branded recorder with its own prompt, link, artwork, recording length, language behavior, and optional questions. Use it when people should record public first-hand stories through one focused entry point.
Campaign
A Campaign is a shareable introduction page for an organization, event, cause, or community. It explains why voices are being gathered and connects to one recording tool.
Voice Stories
Voice Stories are public. After the participant reviews and submits the recording, it can become a public Dafado page with audio, transcript, images, and sharing controls.
Voice Survey
A Voice Survey is private and question-led. It gathers recorded answers for the organizer and does not create a public review page.
Keep the promise clear
Tell participants whether they are making a public story or answering a private survey before recording begins. Connecting both tools to one recorder would blur that promise, so Dafado keeps them separate.
