Create a private Voice Survey
Gather recorded answers to a defined series of questions without publishing reviews.
A Voice Survey is for structured listening. Participants hear or read a series of questions and record an answer to each one.
When to use it
Use a Voice Survey for member feedback, research, event follow-up, internal listening, service discovery, or another situation where the organizer needs comparable answers rather than public reviews.
Privacy boundary
Survey responses are private to the authorized organizer. They do not create public review pages and do not appear in Discover. If an organization later wants to publish a person's story, it needs a separate and clear publication process.
Build the survey
An authorized administrator can create the survey, add and order its questions, set the participant guidance and language behavior, review privacy wording, and activate the public survey link.
Connect it to a Campaign
A Campaign can introduce the purpose and then lead participants into the Voice Survey. Choose Voice Survey as the Campaign's recording tool and connect the intended live survey before publishing.
Do not connect a public Voice Story recorder and a private Voice Survey into one ambiguous flow. Participants should understand which tool they are entering before they speak.
