Collect reviews with a QR code or link
Invite useful feedback at the right moment without scripting the guest.
A QR code or direct link can bring a customer to the correct business location and recording flow.
Place it where the experience ends
Useful locations include a table, receipt, checkout counter, appointment follow-up, service completion message, event display, or printed card. Make the invitation visible without pressuring the customer.
Ask for an experience, not a score
Invite the person to explain what happened, what stood out, or what another customer should know. Do not provide a required script, offer rewards for positive reviews, or discourage critical feedback.
Use the correct destination
Each location should use its own collection link. Test the link before printing a large batch of materials. If a code or link is regenerated, confirm whether older printed versions remain active.
Share responsibly
A business can share its public page and published review pages. Sharing must not change the order, wording, rating, audio, or authorship of the underlying review.
