Essential controls
Available controls can include business details, location information, review collection assets, replies, official photos and public-page settings. The interface is authoritative. If a control is not visible, it may not be available for that account or location.
Insights
AI-assisted analysis can help organize themes, sentiment, questions, and trends across many voices. It is a tool for finding patterns, not a substitute for listening to the original reviews. Small samples should not be treated as statistically conclusive.
Original and readable transcripts
Eligible business tools may provide access to an unedited transcript for verification and context. The public readable transcript can remove verbal clutter without changing the intended meaning. The original audio remains the primary source.
Administrative changes
Dafado can turn site-wide or account-level features on or off. Documentation uses conditional wording for these controls so it remains accurate as availability changes.
Your free review inbox
Verified owners can read and listen to their reviews, reply, and use basic review counts without a Business subscription. Essential business details, operating hours and the basic QR/link remain free.
What Business unlocks
Detailed feedback themes, summaries and trends require Dafado Business or an active trial. This applies both to viewing saved insight reports and generating new analysis. Enough reviews must also be available: a subscription does not create evidence or guarantee useful findings from a small sample.
When paid access ends, the free inbox remains available. Paid sections show a labelled feature preview and a link to the Business offer rather than invented findings. Saved reports are retained, but detailed insight access requires an active trial or subscription.
Administrators retain operational access. An administrator view is not a demonstration of what a free owner can use. Team access is not promised as an included Business feature; discuss additional access requirements with Dafado.
