Update, replace, or delete your review
Understand the controls available to the author of a review.
The author controls their own voice within the options Dafado provides.
Replace or correct
If an audio replacement control appears, follow the time and attempt limits shown on screen. The current public version can remain available while a replacement is processed. A correction request can be used when a public detail needs attention.
A new visit is a new experience
Do not rewrite an older review to describe a later visit. Record a new review so readers can understand what changed over time.
Delete
Authors retain their deletion rights. Dafado can also remove content that violates policy or fails a required publication step. A business cannot remove, hide, reorder, or buy the removal of a guest review.
Report a problem
Use the report control for policy, safety, impersonation, or privacy concerns. Reporting does not guarantee removal. Dafado reviews the report under its published rules.
