Introduction

Dafado is voice reviews for real places and the people who run them. A guest scans a QR code, holds a button, and talks for about 20 seconds. Dafado does the rest: it transcribes the recording, cleans it up, can translate it into any language a reader needs, and publishes it as a page that plays back the actual voice.

The idea

The most useful thing a customer can tell you is rarely a number. A 5-star rating hides the reason; a real voice carries it. You can hear whether someone is delighted or just polite, whether a complaint is fair or a rant. Dafado is built on that difference.

Two principles hold the whole product together:

• Every real voice stays up. The good and the hard alike. No place can reorder its reviews, hide a low rating, or pay to make one disappear. That is the whole reason a Dafado review is worth trusting.
• Every place can answer. Not with a typed template, but in its own recorded voice, shown right beside the review.

What a guest does

1. Scan a QR code on the table, the receipt, or a sticker.
2. Speak for around 20 seconds. No app, no account, no keyboard.
3. Share the page that publishes, with the real audio, a clean transcript, and one-tap translation.

What an owner gets

A living picture of a place: transcribed, translated, and analysed for themes, sentiment, and trends, updated as new voices come in. Plus the right to reply in their own voice, and a findable page for every review.

These pages describe how Dafado actually works, in precise detail, and are kept in sync with the platform. They never contain live credentials: where a page references a key or token, it names where that value lives, never the value itself.
