A place cannot take down a review
The core promise of Dafado is simple: a business cannot make a review of itself disappear. You cannot hide, reorder, or delete reviews from your dashboard. What people said stays as they said it.
What to do about a hard review
Answer it. Record a reply in your own voice, and it appears next to the review. A thoughtful reply does more than a deletion ever could.
When Dafado removes something
Removal is Dafado's decision, never the business's, and only for content that breaks the rules, such as abuse, spam, or something that is clearly not a genuine review. If you think a review breaks the rules, use the report option and we look into it.
Every review is a real voice
Reviews are spoken and published as real audio. That is what makes them hard to fake, and it is why the policy holds: the value is in what actually happened, in the voice of the person it happened to.
