Right of reply
How a place can answer a review in its own voice, and the rules that keep reviews honest.
A place can answer
Every place can reply to a review of itself. The reply is recorded in the place's own voice, the same way the review was, and it is shown right beside the review. A guest speaks; the place can speak back. Both voices sit on the same page, so anyone reading gets both sides.
What a place can and cannot do
This is the heart of how Dafado stays trustworthy. The rules are simple and they do not bend.
A place can:
- Publish. Put its own voice on the record.
- Reply. Answer any review of itself in its own recorded voice.
A place cannot:
- Take down or hide a review of itself. A review stays up.
- Unpublish a review. An owner can add to the page, never remove from it.
- Reorder reviews. The order is not for sale and not for the owner to set.
- Pay to remove reviews. Money does not move a review.
Only Dafado removes content
The only party that ever removes content is Dafado, and only when something breaks the rules. A place cannot make a review disappear because it dislikes it. This is what separates a real voice review from a page a business controls. If reviews could be bought, hidden, or reordered, the voices would mean nothing. So that door stays shut.
Reviews are attested
Reviews are confirmed by email. This attestation ties a review to a real confirmation step, which is part of what makes a Dafado voice worth trusting. The voice is real, and the review is accounted for.
Why it works this way
Dafado's whole value is that you cannot fake a voice and a business cannot quietly manage the record. A place gets a fair and powerful tool: its own voice, answering directly, on the same page. What it does not get is the ability to silence the people who spoke. That balance is deliberate, and it is the same for every place.
