Plans and payment

Dafado is a subscription for running a place. You subscribe per place, monthly or annually, and your owner tools stay active while the subscription is. Creator pages, for a person rather than a place, are free.

Billing runs through Stripe, a trusted payment processor. When you subscribe, checkout is handled securely by Stripe, and Dafado never sees or stores your full card details.

Subscribing

Choosing a plan starts a secure checkout. From the pricing page you pick a plan and continue to Stripe's checkout to enter your payment details and confirm. When payment succeeds, your subscription is active and your owner tools are unlocked.

Managing your subscription

You manage your subscription in the billing portal. From there you can:

• Update your payment method.
• Review invoices and receipts.
• Change or cancel your plan.

Your receipt for each payment comes from Stripe, which keeps your billing records consistent and compliant.

Creators are different

If you have a personal page as a creator rather than a place, that page is free. There is nothing to subscribe to. Billing applies to the business tools for running a place. See the main site for how creator pages work.
